Friends, what happened at Palghar few days back was really bad. It so happened two monks with their driver were going to Gujarat town for their Guruji’s funeral. But from the Gujarat border they were sent back, but on their way back they were waylaid by some tribals who thought they might be thief in garb of monks. Their car was attacked, even though police managed to reach the spot but they were unable to save the monks and their driver, as three of them got lynched by the mob. The state govt tried to hush up this matter and for 4 days & they suppressed this news, but when some media person got hold of the video of this incident, and the said video was telecast by all the news channels Then the hell broke loose , and the media started asking why the govt did not disclose this immediately and took action against the culprits and even police officers who could not protect these three innocent people One more point which is worth pondering, that all the so called saviours of democracy and freedom of speech activists kept quiet. Now consider if the lynched people belonged to any minority community, then all these activists would be shouting from the roof top. Such are the double standards of these activists.
Corona virus is still playing havoc in few states in the country, and the worst affected is Maharashtra and Mumbai metropolitan region. No one knows when the things will return back to normal.

Since corn helps in production of healthy new cells, it is good for the skin also. Vitamin C and lycopene contained in corn increases collagen production, which prevents the free radicals grenerated due to UV exposure, from damaging the skin. For this quality corn is used in many beauty products.
Improves vision :
Corn contain lutein and zeaxanthin, both of which are carotenoids that help improve the vision. The deficiency of these two can cause a lot of vision issues such as cataract and macular degeneration.
Apart from above, the corn is a blessing for underweight as it helps them to gain weight because it is rich in calories. The good amount of pantothenic acid present in corn helps to prevent stress and improves the function od adrenal glands.
