In the society where we live, there are certain rules which we have to follow. These rules are either formulated by the government which we have to abide or some rules are defined by the society that comes into being over the years, as per the times and progress of the society. But there are some UNSPOKEN RULES which are neither defined by the government nor by society. Here are some unspoken rules you should already be living by: 1 Do not point out if someone is blushing. They can’t control it, they already know, and you are making it worse by drawing attention to it. 2 If you make a mess, clean it up as soon as you can- especially if you live with other people. Be it washing that bowl or picking up your clothes from the bathroom. It makes life easier and avoids arguments. 3 Figure out…

Aarey Car Shed
Friends, my today’s blog is concerning Mumbai city, and I write this blog just for showing high headedness of some politicians, and activists, and how they delay some infra projects. In the year 2019, I had written about the issue mentioned below in one of my blogs. These types of things might be happenings in other states also. A few days back new government took an oath in Maharashtra with Eknath Shinde (Leader of Shiv Sena Rebel group) as Chief Minister & Devendra Phadnavis (leader of BJP legislative party in Maharashtra) as Deputy Chief Minister. One of the first decisions by this government was to restore the Metro Line 3 car shed in the Aarey area( part of this area come under the green area). The shed at Aarey was the bone of contention between the constituent of the earlier government (2014-2019) ie BJP and Shiv Sena. While the BJP…
Biopics And Bollywood
In this weekend’s blog, it is Bollywood again. Friends, you must have noticed recently it has become a fashion to make biopic films. Some of the films have already been released over the years, and some are in pipelines. But do these biopic films show the true events as they have happened? Or they fictionalize for creating dramatic effects. Given below are a few instances when Bollywood messed up important facts in the biopic and made fool of us: 1 Neerja A story of courageous Neerja Bhanot, who sacrificed her life while protecting the lives of 355 passengers on the Pan Am flight 73 in 1986. The flight was hijacked by a terrorist organization. Although the film was based on Neerja and her sacrifice, the role of fellow crew members was not shown properly. Few of the crew members after seeing the film commented that saving of passengers of that…
Fall of Udhav Thackrey
So last night curtain came down on MVA Government in Maharashtra, after CM Udhav Thackrey resigned, which ended the reign of the three-party (Shiv Sena, Congress, and Nationalist Congress Party ) Government. From day one, when Udhav Thackrey took the oath of CM, every political pandit was of the view this alliance will not last because of ideological differences between Shiv Sena and Congress/NCP. Shiv Sena is a party propagating Hindutva, and other parties are supposed to be secular parties. Let us see how Udhav Thackrey fell down, listed down are a few facts- 1 Before the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections of 2019, BJP and Shiv Sena were in alliance. 2 During the assembly elections both the partners were allotted almost the same number of seats to fight. When the result came BJP won 106 and Shiv Sena 55 seats in 288 seat assembly, which gave them a majority…
Prevent Falling At Home
Falls are the leading cause of fatal and non-fatal injuries across the world. Falls are the second leading cause of mortality worldwide. Falling is an unintentional injury, especially among senior citizens. Due to the fear of falls, elderly people tend to compromise social interactions, and quality of life by limiting mobility, and hence there is a diminished sense of well-being. As we age, often we tend to lose muscle mass and strength. Our lifestyle dictates our diet and many elders end up deficient in multiple vitamins and minerals. This causes weakness and in turn, may result in fall. There are many other factors contributing to the increased risk 0f falling amongst the elderly, eg diminished vision, gait problems, fluctuations in blood pressure, neurological disorders, dehydration, stress, etc. Ask any elder if they ever had a fall, chances are they are afraid of falling again and have drastically altered their living…
Indian Cars And Safety Measures
There have been wide discussions on the safety features in the cars, and the most important safety feature is the presence of Airbags in the cars. The airbags come into operation at the time of collision of a car with another vehicle or any other big objects like walls, trees etc. On 14th January 2022, the Minister for Road Transport and Highways announced that “ In order to enhance the safety of occupants in motor vehicles carrying up to 8 passengers, I have now approved a notification to make 6 airbags compulsory”. At that time no timelines were mentioned, but a few months back also the minister had urged all automakers in India to offer at least 6 airbags as standard equipment on all variants of all models. Dual airbags (driver and passenger) became mandatory on all vehicles from January 2022. A driver airbag has been compulsory for all passenger…
SC Clean Chit
The world-famous Gujarat riots happened in 2002, and from that day opposition parties especially Congress started blaming then CM of Gujarat Narendra Modi. There were many cases filed again by then Central Govt headed by Congress and many Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) also got involved in persecuting Narendra Modi, and their grouse was Modi did not try to diffuse the situation to control the riots, and their stand was he instigated/encouraged the people to go anti-Muslims. On the instructions of the Supreme Court, a Special Investigation Team(SIT) was, which did thorough investigations of the Gujarat riots. So many times Modi was called for questioning, and he answered all the queries raised by SIT. In February 2012, SIT filed a closure report giving clean chit to now PM Modi, and 63 others, including senior officials, saying there was ‘no prosecutable evidence against them. But one Zakia Jafri, widow of Congress leader Ehsan…
Hit Films Bad Endings
Friends, in Bollywood so many films are made, majority of them do the average business at the box office, but few films do good business and they have declared hits/super hits. In some cases the film may have been a hit/super hit, having a big star cast but you feel let down by the film, and you feel the ending of the film should not be as shown in the film. No one could deny that a bad ending to a film can spoil anyone’s mood. After all, it is quite irritating to sit 2-3 hours only to realize how stupidly the film ended. We are specifically talking about the films that ruined the engaging plot with an illogical and dumb ending. Listed below are some of the recent popular Bollywood films that had the most nonsensical endings that we can neither forgive nor forget. 1 Mohabbetein: After a heated…

HINDUTVA, the oldest religion in the world, has given a valuable Hymn to the world in the form of GAYATRI MANTRA. It has now, scientifically also, proved that the enchanting of Gayatri Mantra produces 110,000 sound waves per second. This strength has been tested by one American Scientist Dr. Howardes Stein Grill, who collected various mantras, chanting, and hymns of different religions, from all over the world, and tested their strength in his Physiology lab. The power of GAYATRI MANTRA was found to be the highest, making it the most potent hymn in the world. The Hamburg university, Germany initiated research into the efficacy of Gayatri Mantra, both on the mental & physical plane of creation, it was broadcasted over the radio in the different cities for a specific period, and the results confirm the findings that this mantra has special spiritual powers. Mumbai University UG Admissions
Generally in Mumbai, students who appear for class 10 or 12 exams every year opt for either State Board for Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, but some schools are affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education and ICSC Board. Now the results of students who appeared for the 12th class examination held by the State Board have been declared, but the results of other Boards are still not declared. This could be the first time that Mumbai University has decided to start admissions to undergraduate degree courses before the announcement of class 12 results of other boards. Until 2021, the State Board (HSC) would be the last of the board results to be announced, making way for the admissions process to UG courses to commence immediately. In a move that has surprised and shocked several first-year university aspirants, Mumbai University yesterday announced the schedule for admissions to all its…
