Friends, there is no precedent in the history of India for Rahul Gandhi and his associates to stoop to such an indecent act in the Supreme Court in Delhi yesterday, to the extent of setting the country on fire with anarchy. The kind of hooliganism, intimidating the court, and trying to enter through another gate by breaking the security cordon, shows that either they have lost their mental balance or are being controlled by suspicious forces to the extent that they are ready to do anything to create chaos on the streets of India.
Yesterday, in Kerala, where the Congress-Muslim League alliance is in power, the Congress Kerala unit posted a highly condemnable post on X. In it, using words like “Dear Suryakant” for the Hon. Chief Justice of India, it is said that you should resign, as you can not handle law and order. We will appoint a new one. Crores of countrymen should understand that Law & Order is not the subject of the Supreme Court.
First, these people were asking for the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, then they started asking for the resignation of Home Minister Amit Shah, then the resignation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and now they are asking for the resignation of the Chief Justice of India.
It has become clear, and that too by the Kerala Congress, where their government is functioning with an alliance with the Muslim League, it has become obvious that in Kerala, Congress has become a full-fledged Muslim League Maoist Congress, going to any extent in the mentality of brainless Naxalites, and has become completely shameless and unashamed to destroy every constitutional institution in India to create anarchy.
I think that millions of countrymen should pay attention to the fact that at this time, the Congress party and leader of the opposition Rahul Gandhi have become the biggest threat to the constitutional institutions and the Constitution of India.
Coming back to yesterday’s march to the SC, as the Chief Justice refused to meet Rahul Gandhi and other INDI alliance leaders, Rahul Gandhi was left with no other option to file a petition in the SC. Yesterday, in the evening, a joint petition was filed by Rahul Gandhi and several other opposition leaders against alleged irregularities and the SIR. The petition was filed by Rahul Gandhi, Kharge, TMC MP Saugata Roy, Akhilesh Yadav, Tejashwi Prasad, Supriya Sule, Sanjay Raut, D Raja & three others. The petitions name the ECI, poll body chief Gyanesh Kumar and ECs Sukhbir Singh and Vivek Joshi as respondents.
The main demands in the petitions are a directive to produce all records related to the SIR, examination of the constitutional validity of SIR decisions, and a demand for an audit by an independent committee, among others.
As per the SC officials, this petition has 14 defects, including a shortfall of Rs 220 in court fees. Other errors cited by the SC are missing authorisations from the petitioners and an illegible photo of Congress President Kharge’s identity card, failures to attach ‘vakalatnama’ (written legal documents), and non-submission of coloured copies for two particular documents. The SC registry also noted problems involving dim or illegible text, missing pages, vernacular pages, missing signatures and discrepancies in numbering of certain pages.
It is a shame on Congress’s legal team to file the petition with so many errors. It looks like this petition was filed in a hurry.
