Human Shield

 There has been big uproar when this human shield incident happened in Kashmir during local elections. This happened due to Kashmiri protesters started throwing stones at security forces and were not allowing them to proceed further for doing their duties for maintaining law and order situation in the city. The security forces were able to capture one such stone pelter, Major  Leetul Gogoi then ordered his jawans to tie this protester with the jeep in the front side and move forward. With this action the security forces were able to cross that particular area without any stone pelting incident. But when this incident came into light the so called human right activist and social media started blasting armed forces that this act was inhuman and army should take action against the particular officer who ordered the protester to be tied with jeep. I just want to ask these so called pseudo secular  and human right activists, why they do not speak for armed forces when these anti national protester throw stones at armed forces, I have seen so many videos where these protesters are throwing stones at armed forces and some times even beating them, as if armed forces are not human and they do not have any human rights. These activist behave as every Kashmiri has got right to beat armed forces, and what ever they do is right and Govt of India and armed forces have no right to take action against them. There are so many tv channels like NDTV , Aajtak and many regional channels whose job is to criticize armed forces and take sides with protesters. They forget that Kashmir is integral part of India and it is only Pakistan who is instigating all these problems, but these tv channels and activists are mainly funded by foreigners, who do not want India to remain peaceful.

I am very glad that Chief of Army Staff  had  awarded the commendation certificate to Major Gogoi for his timely action. This is an indirect slap to all such activists who raised this human shield issue, and it also gives an indication that govt and army will not give any space to militants and stone pelters in future.

Hats off to Indian Army for honoring the brave officer.
