1. For last so many days the Triple Talaq issue was being deliberated in Supreme Court.  I was surprised how these religious leaders take the general public for ride- now representatives of Muslim Personal Law Board and Qazis say that triple talaq option is also available for women, which was never uttered in public earlier. There is a news item in Times of India today that in 2005, when some lady member of the Muslim Law Board wanted to discuss that triple talaq option should also be available for women, then all the male members objected to her and did not allow that matter to be discussed. Secondly I do not understand why a congressmen Kapil Sibal is appearing for Muslim Personal Law Board, it only proves that Congress was always appeasing Muslims, and Sibal had the audacity to make a statement in Supreme court that triple talaq for Muslims” men is same as Ram Mandir for Hindus. But Kapil Sibal forgets that in triple talaq issue 50% of muslim population(ie women)  is not involved, while  Ram is followed by both Hindu men and women . Congress had the right opportunity in 1985 when SC gave verdict in Shah Banoo case, they could have moved then  towards  common personal and civil law, but they back tracked and for appeasing muslim vote bank they passed the law in parliament against SC judgement.
2. Yesterday I had commented on IPL match between Hyderabad(SRH) and Kolkata (KKR), and if you see today’s news papers, most of the members of cricketing fraternity have commented against playing cricket match at 1.00 am. Which only proves  that some one in the IPL managing team wanted to favour KKR as if the match was abandoned then SRH would have qualified for next round. IPL rules does not allow re match in knock out rounds as they have not allowed any spare days between matches. So  IPL is only about money, as in the knock out stages  there is no home venue and away venue, I think expenses for hosting matches might be borne by BCCI, so re match cost money.
3. I never thought CM Devendra Phadnavis will succumb to Shiv Sena pressure, as duty on gift deeds which was announced few days back has been withdrawn or it is Modi’s order to keep  Shiv Sena happy till   Presidential Elections as they have about 25,000 votes.
