Friends many of you may not have heard the name of movies, and myself who is born in late 1940s have atleast heard the name of movies released in 40s. From the movies released in 40s/50s  movies like Kismet, Barsaat, Awara, Aan, Nagin, Anarkali, Shri 420 and CID, I have seen them during their re runs. after 1956 most of the movies in the list have been seen by me during their first run only.

First movie to break the barrier of Rs 1 Cr in business was way back in 1943, and the movie was Kismet. After this it took almost 65 years when some movie broke the barrier of Rs 100 Cr in business and that movie was Ghajni, which was released in 2008 and which did the business of Rs 114 Cr. In last 10 years the max business is done by Dangal and which is 387 Cr and now everyone is waiting for some movie to cross the barrier of Rs 400 Cr..

So friends , how do you find the info provided in this blog.

Waiting for your feed backs/comments/ views.
