Corona Virus COVID 19 has taken over the world, and most of the countries are affected by it, and India is no exception. As the days goes by the number of cases which have been detected are piling up and few patients (3) have died as of date. Central and State Govts are doing their best and people all over the world are applauding India’s effort in tackling this virus. I am not going into details of the same.

The immune system is described as a complex network of cells and proteins that defends the body against the infections. The strength of immune system is not the same in every person and the person with weak immunity is the easy prey to viruses. But in a person with a good immunity also gets attacked by virus and get sick, the reason being the bacteria or virus invades successfully. But with the dedicated efforts one may be able to increase the immunity of the body. The general perception is that by improving diet, taking vitamins of herbal supplements and by changing life style immunity can be improved, but these actions may not do the required job. The basic reason for the same is that immune system is very complex and to function well, it requires balance and harmony.
