Friends, have you ever thought why there are some parties and people who show hatred for Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Congress hatred for Modi is very well understood because he is the main person who was responsible for throwing them out of the power in Lok Sabha Election of 2014, and again beating them in 2019 with BJP winning more than 300 seats of their own. There are other regional parties also, who hate Modi because of him they have lost elections in their states to BJP. But there is one group with whom Modi and BJP never fought elections either at centre or in any state for power, and that is Leftist group or in common word the Communists.
Although the communism in the world has got no value but till a decade and half back they were considered to be a strong force in certain regions of India. The following are the few problems which Communists/Leftists have with Modi
1 Leftist have problem that Modi’s narrative of India does not say any thing about poor, backward, beggar and weak India to the outside world. Thus depriving them of collecting funds in the name of poors and needy.
2 Modi does not always cry on poverty and illiteracy . Unlikely other leaders he always talk on how to remove this malady. He always talks on self reliance , self employment, empowerment to people. He does not project India’s image as meek country but always project India as a strong nation. Despite recession in the world market he always talk of making India as 3 trillion dollar economy.
3 He never walk with drooping shoulder with Head of states of America, Russia or China, he always walks with them matching step by step. He talks with them with direct to direct eye contact and with firm stance. He can pat on any one’s back whether it is Putin, Trump or any other leader. He can hold hand of Trump and bring into stadium full of Indian gathering in USA. He is the man who had the guts to talk with Ex President of USA Barack Obama, by calling him Barack. No other leader had the guts to do that, what he is doing.
4 The leftists have developed hatred for a strong Modi, who knows strong India is standing behind him. The leftist always hate the person or the country who damages their narrative.
5 The person who takes away narrative of leftists, the leftists make him as their narrative and they started doing same with Narendra Modi.
The problem with leftists in India is that they have failed to understand that the communism have no place in India now. With world economy growing in open way, even communist countries like Russia and China have disbanded communism as far as economy and consumerism is concerned, but the leftists in India are still living in their own world and are not ready to accept the stark reality. The problem is for students with leftist leanings, as their leaders have still not come to terms with reality of Indian polity so students are in dilemma what to do whether to still go with the communism or tune their mind to different station seeing the reality, a very difficult choice for them. But sooner or later they have to come to terms with reality, till that time incidents like what happened in JNU during last one month will keep on repeating.
