EVMS

After the recent assembly elections in UP,Uttrakhand, Punjab,Goa, & Manipur and municipal election in Delhi, most of the loosing opposition parties raised hue and cry about  tampering of Electronic Voting Machines in favour of ruling party at centre. I have a few observations on this issue

1. First to raise the bogey of tampering of EVMs was Mayavati of BSP in UP. She said how it is possible that in the areas which are Muslim dominated, BJP got so many votes. As if it is illegal that Muslim can not vote for BJP. The under ground news is that most of the Muslim women voted for BJP, as they were taikng against the  practice of Triple Talaq. Mayavati never uttered a word about EVMs when she came to power with thumping majority in 2007.
2. Similar reaction was from Arvind Kejriwal of AAP, when his party lost in Punjab and started saying EVMs were tampered against AAP. My simple observation is that suppose even if BJP wanted to tamper the EVMs against AAP, but why they should favour Congress to win Punjab elections, when they have alliance with Akali Dal.  The same Arvind Kejriwal finds EVMs OK, when his part AAP  win Delhi state elections  by winning 67 seats out of 70 in 2014/15, but EVMs are tampered when AAP loses Delhi Municipal Elections.
3. What to say about our Indian media, it has stooped to such a low level, that they allow these type of statements by these dubious leaders on their TV channels and print media, and give them undue importance,which they do not deserve. These leaders  gave statements on the TV, that they can prove how the EVMs can be hacked.
4. Now when the Election Commission(EC) announced that all Political parties can take the appointment with EC and they will be given time on scheduled day to show how the EVMs can be tampered. None of the accusing parties like BSP,SP, AAP & Congress came forward to accept this challenge, only two parties took the appointment with EC but at the last minute they also did not show up.

My only question to all these parties is- Do you consider citizens of this country are fools, who do not understand your diverting policies? My earnest submission to all the political parties is this- now nation is woken up, citizens understand your hollow talks on religion and caste politics. Citizens are only interested in that when you are selected to govern, please only govern and show us the results, because even illiterate citizen can listen and see the news on the media. So, the political parties should keep in mind if you do not deliver, in the next elections you will be thrown out, and also please learn to accept defeat gracefully and do not blame EVMs in the future.
