On 12th Jan 2018, 4 Supreme Court (SC) Judges held a Press conference in New Delhi with grouse against Chief Justice of India(CJI) Dipak Misra. What was their main grouse- that CJI is not impartial in allocating  the cases to senior Judges like them. This created a storm in the Judicial and Political arena, as this was the first time in the history of independent India that some SC judges openly spoke in public regarding the working of SC. The opposition parties started criticising the govt/CJI and openly started backing these 4 judges, and started telling that democracy is in danger

After this  the Social Media took over and friends you must have seen so many messages on this issue, and most of them were backing  CJI. After going through all those messages, seeing impartial news channels and reading news papers, it has become clear that the out burst of these judges is a part of larger conspiracy against the NDA govt. Why revolt against CJI and target him

1. CJI Dipak Misra is a clean and honest judge- he was the SC judge who headed the bench which refused leniency to Yakub Memon’s and upheld his death sentence. He was responsible for Rahul Gandhi and Kejriwal to face trial, as he was part of the bench that upheld constitutional validity of criminal defamation and said it did not interfere with free speech.He ensured that women get justice against the practice of triple talaq .He is heading the bench who is going to give verdict on Babri Masjid/Ram Mandir Case. He also took the decision of opening up the files of 1984 Sikh Riots and set up a SIT to re look into 186 cases.
2. What is our main opposition Party Congress done in these cases is well known- Congress lawyers pleaded for Yakub Memon, their position is still not clear on triple talaq as they are still not allowing bill to pass in Rajya Sabha and it was Congress leader Kapil Sibal who pleaded for postponement of Babri/Ram Mandir case till next general elections in SC court bench which was headed by CJI Dipak Misra, who rejected  Kapil Sibal’s plea.
3. Now let us discuss brief history of these 4 Judges who revolted-  First J Chelameswar,  he is the one who strongly opposed the implementation of Aadhaar Card scheme, even after implementation and exposure of  scams worth thousands of crores,wanted to restrict the use of Aadhar card. He was part of the  SC bench which ratified an earlier order of SC that said no Indian citizen without an Aadhaar card can be deprived of basic services and govt  subsidies.What is more surprising that after the press Conference he met Communist Party Leader  Raja. Second judge Rajan Gogoi is a son of ex  Congress CM of Assam Tarun Gogoi, third Judge  Kurian Joseph is a catholic and staunch Congress supporter,and last Madan Lokur also Congress sympathyser , all these judges were appointed by Congress Govt .
4. On the day of Press Conference who were openly supporting these Judges, Senior SC advocates Indira Jaisingh and KTS Tulsi, known Congress supported. KTS Tulsi is a man who represented Robert Vadara in DLF Land case and he was nominated by to Rajya Sabha by Congress.
5. What was congress President Rahul Gandhi’s reaction, “on hearing the concerns of SC judges about the functioning of SC, we feel democracy is in danger” It is all these 4 judges  who made blunder when they said that we have put our point forward let the people decide.What does they mean that when SC judges fight there should be voting by public to resolve their issues. My humble submission to these 4 judges is that I think you 4 have forgotten the constitution as per which we, the public vote to elect the govt, so if you have any grievance then go to govt, but  the SC judges think they are bigger than govt.
6. There are 25 judges in SC barring these 4 rest of them are standing with CJI. It only means that they have problem with CJI  because he is not assigning them any cases where there is indirect or direct interest of Congress Party and that their statement that serious cases should be assigned to senior judges is all humbug. In today’s news paper many such  instances mentioned , where in very serious matter not very senior judge of SC headed the bench.One of the 4 judges is next in line for the post of CJI, and now speaking against the present CJI,I do not think he will every occupy the seat of CJI, because if the judge can not resolve the matter with his co judge then how he is going to resolve the bigger issues of public interest and criminal cases.

Some time I feel why all these negative things are happening in the country, just because we have one leader who is very popular in the country and across the world. If the opposition think that by such small silly things like caste politics and backing the wrong judges his popularity will go down, then they are sadly mistaken. The general public is not a fool, even after announcing most hated decisions like demonitisation and GST, the people are still backing up then there is some thing in that man, which the leaders from other parties are lacking. So if the opposition want to survive, they have to change the strategy, because democracy needs good opposition and if there is no opposition then the ruling party leader may become autocrat, which will be very harmful to country.
