Thursday Musings

Friends today I want to deliberate on few issues which caught my attention :

1. I fail to understand the role of Police in high profile criminal cases. Take the case of the murder of young boy of Ryan International School in Gurgaon. I am puzzled on what basis they alleged that the conductor of one of the school bus is the murderer and arrested him and issued the statement that he has confessed that he murdered the young boy. In the mean time there was too much hue and cry by parents of other students and general Public and the case was transferred to CBI for investigation. Now CBI, after thorough investigations and watching all CCTV footage, have come out that one class XI student have murdered the young boy. CBI further made a statement that the particular class XI student was called for questioning for many days and in the end he confessed and gave detail of how he committed the murder. My submission is Haryana Police is so naive that without watching CCTV footage they came to conclusion that the conductor had committed the crime OR the Police came under pressure from School Management and political leaders to any how finish the investigation by implicating some one and poor conductor became the victim of this conspiracy.I think is Police must have been paid a very heavy bribe by School Management in league with the father of the actual killer, because it has now come in open that the members of the Bar Association of the particular town where the case against the conductor was to be tried refused to defend the contractor as father of the actual accused is practicing lawyer in that area.

2. Yesterday was 8th Nov and few opposition parties like Congress AAP, BSP, Communist and others observed a black day, claiming that due to demonitisation poor people suffered a lot and Govt did not help them. My submission is that agreed that poor and general public suffered during those two months but they have forgotten that hardship and continuing with their daily life now. It is only the corrupt politician who can not forget how their hard currency lying with them became useless after demonitisation. I really felt like laughing when I read the statement by Ex PM Manmohan Singh that demonitisation was a organised loot, a person who did not open his mouth and kept mum when 2G Scam, Coalgate Scam,CWG Scam and many other scams happened during his regime has finally dare to open his mouth but who believes him now and what is the value of his statement. So till Modi is PM the opposition parties will keep on harping on this issue like they were harping for 2002 communal riots in Gujarat all those years when Modi was CM of that state.

3. Yesterday Saina Nehwal beat current favorite PV Sindhu in National Badminton Championship, which only proves that she has still got the game to beat top players of the world, as Sindhu is current world no. 2 and Saina is world no 11. Actually Saina is to ladies badminton what Prakash Padukone was for men’s badminton. It was Prakash Padukone , who showed the other Indian players that it is possible to beat other Asian and European Players, he inspired the players like Syed Modi and P Gopichand who emulated him on the world circuit, and now K Srikanth and HS Prannoy are following in their foot steps. Similarly it was Saina Nehwal who showed to other ladies player that it is not difficult to beat Chinese, other Asian Players and European Players and stay at top in the world circuit and in between she attained the no. 1 ranking also. It looks like Indian Badminton has got a bright future.

What you say my friends.
Awaiting your feed backs and comments.
